Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us xposedlondon@outlook.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Note: Please leave a note inside parcel requesting exchange size / colour and your order details. 


Refunds
Once we’ve received your items, please allow our fulfilment centre 5 working days to process your return and issue a refund. Please note that after processing at our warehouse, refunds can take up to 5-10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or original method of payment.

The duration between when an order is collected and when it is received in our warehouse can vary significantly, depending on your location. For this reason, we ask that you contact us only if the tracking status of our return does not show as delivered after 14 working days.

During busy times returns may take longer than stated, we apologize for this and will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible.
